Senior Sales Engineer (StockViz)
Job Purpose:
FalconViz is seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Engineer to lead the sales activities of our StockViz Application. This role combines technical expertise in geology and mining with strong sales and customer relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mining industry in Saudi Arabia, including relevant software solutions, regulations, and laws. They will also possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for achieving results in a dynamic environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve quarterly sales targets for the StockViz Application.
- Identify and engage potential clients in the mining sector, establishing and nurturing strong relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value and capabilities of StockViz.

Client Engagement and Support
- Travel extensively to mining sites across the Kingdom to meet clients, understand their operational challenges, and propose customized solutions using StockViz.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing technical and application-related support.

Domain Expertise and Knowledge Sharing
- Leverage a solid background in geology and mining to understand and address client-specific requirements.
- Stay updated on KSA mining regulations and laws, ensuring compliance and leveraging this knowledge to guide clients effectively.
- Demonstrate familiarity with related mining software and articulate how StockViz complements existing systems.

Collaboration and Reporting
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment on messaging, materials, and system support.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales progress, client feedback, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the product team to relay client needs and insights for product enhancements.

Performance and Target Achievement
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and subscription targets as defined by quarterly objectives.
- Display a proactive, "can-do" attitude, ensuring challenges are addressed and opportunities are maximized.
Sales Strategy and Execution
Education and Professional Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in the mining sector, with a strong track record in sales or business development.

Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with mining-related software and tools.
- Solid knowledge of KSA mining regulations, laws, and industry practices.

Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Passionate, self-motivated, and result-oriented with a "can-do" attitude.

Travel:
- Willingness to travel extensively to mining sites across the Kingdom.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: 8,000 SAR to 12,000 SAR
